Shipping and delivery date estimates will appear in the order confirmation e-mail. 
- Shipping will occur within 3 business days from the date of initial order placement.
- Delivery will occur within 5-7 business days from date of drop-shipment.

Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees are included in the price of the product when shipped to a customer's place of business anywhere in the contiguous United States, using a carrier of our choice.

Other terms may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  Any extra charges incurred for additional services must be paid by the customer.   

Damaged: If product is damaged in transit, simply reject the shipment and file claim with the carrier.  Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. 

Returns: AirEfficient.com will accept the return of unopened products within 30 days of purchase.  Customer must promptly notify AirEfficient of their intention to cancel and/or return their order.  Upon notification, the request for order cancellation, return, and/or refund must be approved by AirEfficient, and will be subject to a restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your order refund.  
Important: All returns must be received by AirEfficient in its original factory sealed condition.  Absolutely no cancellations, returns or refunds will be granted if originally factory packaging is opened and/or the machine(s) is damaged as a result of customer's negligence.
